Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders with standard shipping will be shipped either US Mail or Fedex Ground, depending on weight & package dimensions. Second Day Air Guaranteed packages ship via Fedex 2-Day Shipping. Shipping rates are as follows:
** Exception – Media Air Filters have a $40 surcharge for 2-Say Shipments.
Next Day Air is available provided we receive your order before 1pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday. If you would like to place a next day shipment please contact us via email ([email protected]) or contact form with your name, address and the item you would like to purchase and someone will be in touch with you asap with a shipping rate quote.
Make a Return
We do not charge restocking for returns, we only ask that you pay the return postage. Once we receive the product back we will inspect it and make sure it is still in its original packaging, has not been previously installed & is in saleable condition. If it meets these criteria we will issue a full refund that day less any shipping charges.
Important! Please do not write on the box, boxes with handwriting on them are considered unsaleable and will not be refunded. Please note - we are not able to accept for return any products that have been installed, are returned in non-saleable packing, or are returned with parts missing.
